5% per order goes to running the HELM Direct app — driver dispatch, customer support, app maintenance and listing. The 2.5% payment processing fee covers card payments handled by our payment gateway. There is no monthly fee, no listing fee, and no hidden cuts.
Do I have to use the HELM Direct app to use Operations Hub or Growth AI?+
No. Operations Hub and Growth AI work with any combination of marketplaces — Jahez, Mrsool, HungerStation, ToYou, Keeta. HELM Direct is optional, but it's the lowest-commission channel you can offer your customers.
Can I use my own Jahez / Mrsool / HungerStation credentials?+
Yes. HELM supports both managed integrations (we handle the API keys for you) and bring-your-own credentials — plug in your merchant account and HELM starts routing orders and syncing menus immediately.
Do I need to change my POS or delivery setup?+
No. HELM connects on top of your existing Foodics POS and delivery marketplaces. Nothing changes for your kitchen or customers.
How long does onboarding take?+
