Terms of Service

HELM is an AI growth platform for restaurants in Saudi Arabia. It reads point-of-sale and delivery-app reports and provides analytics, recommendations, marketing campaign suggestions, and menu and order management tools.

Recommendations and suggestions provided by the Platform are decision support only and do not constitute a commitment to any financial or operational result.

• You must have authority to contract on behalf of the restaurant or business you register, or be a user invited by the account owner.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity through your account. Tell us immediately about any unauthorized use.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or manage a business on the Platform.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or are used in a way that harms the Platform or other restaurants.

• Data accuracy: provide your POS and delivery data accurately; you remain responsible for the accuracy of your prices, menus, and orders.
• Licenses: comply with all restaurant operating licenses and requirements in Saudi Arabia.
• Acceptable use: do not attempt unauthorized access to the Platform, reverse-engineer it, extract other restaurants' data, or use it to reverse-engineer AI features.
• Third-party conduct: comply with the terms of the delivery apps and social platforms you use together with HELM.

Content you create, generate, or upload through the Platform (captions, images, videos, posts) belongs to you. When you connect your TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or other account, you authorize us to publish approved content on that account per your instructions; nothing is published without your approval.

• Content you upload or approve for publishing is your responsibility: it must comply with Saudi law (including intellectual-property rights and CST rules) and each platform's rules.
• AI-generated images are intended for your restaurant's marketing content and must not be presented as photos of real dishes you do not serve.
• We may pause publishing temporarily for technical reasons or when the external platform requires it.

Subscription and service fees are set in the signed agreement or quote with HELM. Payment is in Saudi Riyals unless agreed otherwise and may be subject to VAT. Restaurants interested in subscribing can reach us through the contact page.

If payment is not made, we may suspend access to paid services until outstanding amounts are settled.

We collect and use data in accordance with the published Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your restaurant's data and content; we use it to operate the Platform and improve recommendations.

• Either party may end a paid agreement per the notice period in the contract; a free account can be closed at any time.
• We may suspend the service immediately for serious breach (including misuse or attempts to harm other users).
• On termination, your data stays exportable for a reasonable period and is then deleted per our retention policy.

The Platform is provided “as is”. We work hard on data accuracy but do not guarantee error-free operation or uninterrupted availability, especially where third-party services (POS providers, delivery apps, social platforms) are involved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any harm arising from use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. We give at least 30 days' notice of significant changes by email or in the Platform, and continued use after that means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are resolved amicably where possible, otherwise in the courts of Riyadh.
